too short

Cute style, lower quality than expected
I love the style of this dress. The neckline, the sleeves, the blue color. All great. But the material snagged before I ever even had the chance to wear it. Super hard to get wrinkles out. The color and material are so pretty! But it's definitely snug so if in doubt order the larger size.
