    I wanted to like these

    I wanted to love these shoes, they were EXACTLY what I was looking for an upcoming European vacation. I decided to try them out at an evening string quartet concert and I'm so glad I did. The boots barely zipped up past my ankles. I guess my calves are too big?? But once I got them on, it was like my ankles were locked in place. I couldn't bend my ankles.     Can't wear

    They run small. I bought them for my upcoming holiday party. Normally I don't have any issues with shoes from Lulus. I'm sad that I can't return them or exchange them. I would definitely be ok with an exchange or store credit.

    Very cute!!

    Honestly, the boots are very cute; the feel seems nice and durable, though what other comments have shared appears true where the initial try-on proved the ankle area rather stiff. I think breaking-into/using would help with its bend-ability and more flexibility. Other than that, cute and nice!

    Ouch ouch ouch

    I couldn't even wear these to drive never mind the pain of walking. Here they are on my passenger seat so I could drive home. It's like they need some platform in the toe area or something. The front arch is ridiculously painful. Very bad design and I'm not talking about width. Oddly that was fine. It's the shape of the shoe, no breaking these in without breaking my knees!

    Cute!

    These boots are super cute and good quality! They were slightly taller than I was expecting, but doable! The snake print is super cute. And true to size!

    Beautiful!

    These are beautiful shoes! They were a taller heel than I was expecting originally, but that's fine with me. They're so cute.

    Love these!

    I ordered these and the black leather boots in a 9 and I'm usually a 9 in everything. I had to size up to a 10 in both and they fit great. Highly recommend these boots to anyone.

    DO NOT BUY

    Quality is awful. The heels scuffed up on the first time I wore them. Save your money.

    Great purchase

    Normally wear size 9, went up to size 10 and STILL snug, BUT I recommend stretching them out around the house or take to a shoe cobbler.

    Poor quality

    The fabric and zipper were falling apart. Lulus said this is final sale but I really should be getting a refund for it.
