Horrible Sizing
I wear a solid size 11 shoe. I never have problems when ordering a size 11. This boot was so small I couldn't even get it on. I was certain they must have sent me the wrong size, but I checked the bottom of the shoe, and it said 11. I think it was more likely a size 10. Unfortunately, this was a final sale, so I'm stuck with it.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Eleanor! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Can't wear
They run small. I bought them for my upcoming holiday party. Normally I don't have any issues with shoes from Lulus. I'm sad that I can't return them or exchange them. I would definitely be ok with an exchange or store credit.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Tiffany, thanks for your review! We're so sorry these boots ran too small for you. Our fit experts (lulus.com/customerservice) are available to provide personalized assistance for all of your sizing needs. We are always happy to help! xo - Product Rating: 1 of 5 stars
Poor quality
The fabric and zipper were falling apart. Lulus said this is final sale but I really should be getting a refund for it.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Heather! We are so sorry to hear that the boots arrived in this condition! This is not a typical experience at all and someone from our customer care team will be reaching out to you via email shortly! xo - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
love them
I bought these boots for my daughter and daughter-in-law. I loved them so much that I bought one for myself.
