Cute but tangles

Charm fell off first time trying necklaces on
Bought this necklace to go with a dress I'm wearing to a Gala. Loved the style, it didnt cost much at all but didnt expect the charm to fall off 1 hour after the package arrived. I simply just tried this necklace on and it fell off.
