Go up a full size
I normally go up half a size with open toe heels. My toes are on the longer side. However, I suggest going up a full size. Also, this heel is meant for narrow feet.

Great stiletto
The height is perfect! These are easy sexy heels but like most heels, my feet were killing me and it hurt to stand after a few hours.

Elsi Black Single Strap Heels
The fit true to size but fits tight at the strap around the toes, it pinches and is slightly uncomfortable.

Surprisingly Comfortable
Even without putting the normal heel upgrades on (ball of foot pad to help prevent slippage and provide more comfort), it's quite comfortable and very sexy.
