Turtleneck tight

Super tight up top and frumpy on the bottom
Really tight on the shoulders, chest, arm pit area. The dress is loose, but not flattering. The material has a weird smell to it, doesn't really stretch and is kinda itchy on the inside. Not impressed, returning.

Meh.
I don't love this as much as I thought I would, but I don't hate it either. The turtle neck is a bit too high, and it runs a little tight on my shoulders. Great color
