Great skirt!
I bought this skirt over 5 years ago and I still love it. It's perfect for a spring or fall day because the length and layers keep my legs warm. I love the pattern on the shirt and it works for a variety of occasions. The skirt sites at my natural waist but with the tie I can place it higher.
