21st birthday outfit!
To say I loved it was an understatement! I got a 100 compliments throughout the whole day. I am a mom so I was worried but this outfit gave me all my confidence! HIGHLY recommend!

Perfect for a special occasion. Very haute couture look with the transparent puff sleeves! Also love the straight across neckline. Highly recommend, Can pair with a skirt to be more formal or with jeans (like I did) for a dressy casual look.
