Loose and stretchy
This dress was too big and the top flap did not lay in the right spot for me, so I ended up returning. Too small

Very Cute and Comfortable but The Top Keeps Crumbling Up
The color is beautiful. The material is great. Fits perfectly but I noticed that the top where the lower line is was buffing up instead of staying pressed down. I had to wear it to a wedding and the whole time, I had to keep adjusting the front top since it kept buffing up on me. My husband noticed it too.
