Just what I needed!
I wore this dress in black for my nursing pinning ceremony and it was flattering and professional. I was afraid I would have trouble keeping the sleeves in place but I didn't have to adjust them much! For a form fitted dress, there weren't any awkward fabric pouches on the backside like I usually get with my height and frame. The fabric was flattering and it was comfortable to wear all night!

SO BEAUTIFUL
I'm obsessed with this dress. Liked it so much in fact that after wearing it once I immediately bought the red one. I love the way it shows off a little bit of back. Perfect dress for work or a sophisticated date night. Thick material but still stretchy and snug. Hits just above the knee on me. I'm usually between a XS and S, but the XS was a little too snug so I went up to the S. Can be worn off the shoulder for a more sexy look, or more on the shoulder for a work appropriate dress -- the sleeves stay where you want them.
