Super cute but don't expect any help up top!
I'm 5'2", 129 lbs, athletic, petite hour glass build, 34/36B chest and bigger bottom. I got the small top and medium bottoms and they were a perfect fit. Beware though--the top is not flattering on a smaller chest as is. Honestly, I don't even believe it would be flattering on larger breasts, unless they weren't natural and, therefore, held up as well as likely would refrain from just having a small portion of them pinched into the fabric.
