    Not as expected

    It looked like a soft material and it was hard and non-pliable. It was hard and looks and feels very cheap.

    Almost perfect

    Love the color and the quality of this bag! Although it does have an adjustable strap, it still wears a bit long on me, and I have to wear it crossbody. (I'm 5'2") I do wish it had a small pocket on the inside for my phone, but overall I do like it a lot and it has become my everyday bag.
