Just received this in the mail. I needed one more thing to get free shipping so I chose this little guy. It's very soft and faint but it's perfect for a grab on the go kinda job. Best eyeliner I've bought
Great price, great quality! I use eyeliner whenever I go to parties, and so far, the ones that I buy aren't really that good, however this one that I bought from lulu's works soooo well! It's your typical thick eyeliner. It doesn't go on as smooth as I'd like and it is definitely thick so you have to be careful with how you put it on. It's just okay for me, nothing to write home about.
