narrow!
I have pretty narrow feet (I wear the narrow size in Birks), and the toe in these was tight. I'm not sure if sizing up would help or not, but I got a 9; it doesn't even look like they make a 9.5, which is odd since there seem to be half sizes in smaller sizes. Bummer! The heel still feels like it will slide out even in the size 9, so the 9.5 might have been too big anyway. I'm typically an 8.5 or 9. I might keep them because I got them for work,...
