    Casual top to go with any high waisted bottoms

    New fav!

    So so so cute. I love the neckline as it emphasizes strong shoulders. I wish it was slightly longer but the looser you tie the bottom the less croppy it feels. Use a stick on bra to keep the sleek open back looking flawless.
