    Not What I Expected

    This dress is pretty but the print was not as vibrant in person as in the photos, and it was slightly small on me. I ordered a Large but would've needed an XL for a proper fit in the ribcage/waist area. I see reviews saying the straps are not adjustable but mine were long and I had to tie the bows myself.     Yellow is see-through

    This dress has multiple layers, but it is terribly see-through. I think you could even see nipple covers through this dress. The straps also would never stay on and I have broad shoulders!

    Cute but the straps are a no

    I love the dress and how easy-going it is! I love the stretchy back part of the dress and the flowy skirt too. My main issue is the straps, super cute but wayyyy too long even after making huge bows. After a bit of moving, they kept falling down, making me worry for a potential wardrobe malfunction!

    Disappointed in Lulus lack of Integrity. Sad they've lost my business.

    I was originally not going to write a review, but I now feel obligated to for the sake of other paying customers. I feel scammed. Lulus refused to refund initial credit card payment, but instead give me a store credit. I had this dress on for less than 30 seconds (sleeve bows were awkward on my frame, so obvious return). They claimed I "stained" the dress. I tried it on in the afternoon after taking a shower and applying deodorant that morning... Read More
    I was originally not going to write a review, but I now feel obligated to for the sake of other paying customers. I feel scammed. Lulus refused to refund initial credit card payment, but instead give me a store credit. I had this dress on for less than 30 seconds (sleeve bows were awkward on my frame, so obvious return). They claimed I "stained" the dress. I tried it on in the afternoon after taking a shower and applying deodorant that morning (they'd rather body odor?). Apparently had I rubbed the fabric together for 10 seconds to remove the deodorant "stain" or bought it in white, I would've received the $82.46 refund to my original payment. For them to claim they're being generous by giving me store credit is such gaslighting. If they weren't planning on reselling for the same price, would they really give me a "1 time exception" for store credit? I recently spent well over $1K with Lulus (that I did not return), but now no longer trust them to do the right thing. Screen shots of emails and "stain" below. - Rachel B.
