Matching V-back is crossed by a single tie at the top. Banded waist features a bow accent, above a twirly skirt that ends at a mini hem.

    Blousy and Very Revealing

    Didn't work for me but would be gorgeous on a petite frame or someone not afraid of a lot of blousiness and no bra. Very scene stealing!
