    Bad quality and bad business

    Used to love lulus. They had good quality dresses for the price, used them for weddings and special events multiple times over the years. The quality has gone down but the prices have stayed the same or gone up. Now I'm annoyed with the return process. Not only did I lose my shipping cost from the original purchase but then I had to pay to have the dresses I ordered shipped back to them for my return. Won't ever be wasting my money through this...
