    Almost

    I ordered an extra small and they are still pretty loose around the waist. The biggest downfall is that the top part of the waist folds over. So it ends up looking odd around the waist area. Too late to return them because I already wore them. Maybe I'll see if I can get the waist taken in, it may help from the top part from folding over.
