    Size down

    I'm usually a 6 or 6.5 (I have narrow feet/ankles) but for these, I had to exchange for a 5.5. They seem like they'll be comfy though.

    NOT GREAT FOR PEOPLE WITH THIN ANKLES

    These shoes are cute; however, they're not suitable for people with narrow ankles. My foot kept moving every time I tried to take a step, and the ankle strap was not holding the shoe in place.

    Very large

    I tend to have to size up and have wide fat feet. I'm usually a 8.5 so I ordered a 9 and it was giant. I exchanged for a 8.5 and it's still unwearable bc of how big it is. Now I have to return two pairs and order a third pair another size down since it only allows one exchange. So annoying.
