Jewel-Tone Color Block Nails

Supplies:

  • Sheer base coat
  • Burgundy nail polish
  • Emerald green nail polish
  • Sapphire blue nail polish

Instructions:

Step 1: Start off by either painting a sheer base color or a bare nail if you choose. With a thin liner brush, paint on the first block and use a clean-up angled brush to clean up the mess and make the first block clean.

Step 2: Paint on the second color block with a liner brush, right next to the first one. (Again, cleaning the edges the same way to make it neat looking.) Paint it all the way to your tip and the top of the nail as well so there’s less room for chipping.

Step 3: You can either use the brush from the bottle or use the liner brush again to apply the last block of color. And do the same clean up job with the angled brush to clean up the edges for a neater look. Wait for it to dry and apply top coat.
