How do I know if I was approved or declined to checkout with an installment payment method?
Afterpay and Klarna are only offered to customers who have a US billing address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account. Afterpay and Klarna are not available on purchases of gift cards or e-Gift cards, and may be unavailable on some products. If your order contains gift cards or other ineligible products, you will need to purchase those separately from the items that are eligible.
If you have placed your order with Klarna or Afterpay as a payment option, you will receive a Lulus order confirmation via email. Your order will be held while Klarna or Afterpay verifies your information and processes your approval. Payment processing may take up to 12 hours to complete in some cases.
If approved, a confirmation email will be sent from Klarna or Afterpay outlining your purchase, due date(s), and other useful information. If you are not approved, your order will be canceled and your card will not be charged. We will send a cancellation confirmation right away so you are able to place a new order with an alternate payment method.
