How to Access and Apply Online Credit 

Online credit can be directly deposited into your Lulus account, or if an account does not exist with the associated email, the online credit will be emailed to you to redeem! 

If you received an online credit via email, open the email and follow the below steps:

  1. Click the “Redeem” button in the email. 

  2. This will bring you to Lulus.com/redeem in order to sign in to your Lulus account, or to create an account.

  3. Once you sign in or create a Lulus account, the credit will be deposited into your account for immediate or future use. 

  4. Apply the credit to your order when checking out via the bag page under order summary, or on the billing stage of Secure Checkout.

If your online credit was directly deposited into your Lulus account:

  1. You can check your account balance by logging into your account, clicking “View Account Info” and selecting “Online Credit” from within the side panel. 

  2. This will show you your current available balance.

To apply the credit:

  1. Ensure you are logged into your account

  2. At checkout, select “Secure Checkout” 

  3. You will see an available field within the Payment section of checkout that will allow you to enter the amount of credit you’d like to apply.

Please note: Online credit cannot be reverted as a credit card refund.
