How do I purchase and send a Lulus Gift Card?

Purchasing a Lulus Gift Card is easy! Simply click here to be directed to our Gift Card page. Once there, fill out the form with the recipient's name and email as well as the amount of the Gift Card and an optional personal message. Once you have finished the form, click the Add to Bag button. The gift card will then be added to your bag like a regular item. The recipient will receive the virtual gift card via email once you have paid for your order. Please note that all Lulus Gift Cards are VIRTUAL, and no physical card or gift card will be mailed.

What is Lulus Online Credit, and how do I get it?

Online credit is a type of virtual fund that can be applied to a future order. Lulus online credit may be issued for a variety of reasons and in varying amounts. Please feel free to contact our customer care representatives with any questions or concerns at or 1-866-918-5858.

How do I redeem Lulus Online Credit?

When you receive Lulus Online Credit, you will be sent an email notifying you. You will need that email to redeem your credit.

  1. 1. Find the email from It will have a subject line of ONLINE CREDIT. You may need to check your spam folder to find this email.
  2. 2. Click on the Redeem button at the bottom of the email.
  3. 3. Once you have signed in, your Online Credit will automatically post to your account. You may use it at any time!

How can I obtain the balance of my Lulus Online Credit?

  1. 1. Sign In to your account.
  2. 2. Click on the My Account link at the top right of the page.
  3. 3. At the bottom left side of the page, you will see a section entitled Store Credit. The amount of credit you currently have will be listed. If you do not have any store credit, the Store Credit section will not appear.

How do I apply Lulus Online Credit?

Any time there are funds in your account, you can apply them to your order during checkout.

  1. 1. From your bag, click on Secure Checkout.
  2. 2. Enter your shipping information and choose your shipping method. Click Continue.
  3. 3. On the billing page, underneath the credit card input fields, you will see a section entitled Apply Store Credit.
  4. 4. Enter the amount of store credit you would like to apply to your order, and click Redeem.
