Giving a Lulus Item as a Gift

We're honored you're considering Lulus for your gift-giving this season!

Please note that we do not offer an extended holiday return policy. All purchases, including gifts, remain subject to our standard Return Policy, including item eligibility requirements, final sale restrictions, and our 30-day return window.

When purchasing gifts well in advance of a holiday or special occasion, customers should keep our return window in mind when selecting items.

Promotional offers may be subject to specific terms, conditions, and limitations. When purchasing a gift using a promotional offer, we encourage customers to review promotional details and consider any future return or exchange needs before completing their purchase.

For the most flexible gifting experience, we highly encourage purchasing a gift card. Gift cards can be emailed directly to your recipient, allowing them to shop for the size, color, and style that works best for them. Orders placed with a gift card can be managed directly by the recipient, making any future returns or exchanges simple and seamless.

When purchasing a gift card, you can:

Include a personalized message
Select a gift card design
Schedule the delivery date

Please note that gift cards may take up to 24 hours to be delivered after purchase.

Returning a Gift

Please note that we do not currently offer gift returns.

If a gift recipient would like to make a return or exchange, the original purchaser will need to assist with the process.

Since returns and refunds are tied to the original order, any eligible refund or online credit will be issued according to our standard refund process and associated with the original order. Any online credit issued will be issued to the email address and account associated with the original order and cannot be issued to or transferred to the gift recipient.

If online credit is selected as the refund method, the original purchaser may then use that credit toward a replacement purchase for the gift recipient.

To assist a gift recipient with a return or exchange request, the original purchaser should provide:

The order number
The email address associated with the order
Access to our Return Policy

As long as the order remains eligible under our standard Return Policy:

Refunds may be issued to the original form of payment or as online credit to the account associated with the original order.
Online credit cannot be issued to or transferred to the gift recipient.
All returns must be postmarked within the applicable return window.

For this reason, we highly encourage gift card purchases whenever possible, as they allow recipients to shop, return, and exchange items directly through their own account.
