Lulus Online Credit Policy

1. Expiration:
   • Gift Cards: Our gift cards do not expire, and once redeemed into your Lulus Account Balance for credit, that credit will not expire and will remain in your Lulus Account Balance until used.  
   • Refunds to Online Credit: Returns for online credit pursuant to our Return Policy will be issued as a credit to your Lulus Account Balance. That credit will not expire and will remain in your Lulus Account Balance until used.  
   • Courtesy Credits: Courtesy Credits must be used by the expiration date provided when the credit is issued. Any unused balance remaining after the expiration date will be removed from your Lulus Account Balance, forfeited, and can no longer be redeemed.  
2. International Shipping:
   • Currently, we do not support Gift Card purchases or the use of online credit for orders or accounts located outside of the United States. 
   • If you have online credit or a gift card to use on an order that needs to ship internationally, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
3. Purchasing Gift Cards:

   • Promotional codes and other discounts are not valid and cannot be applied to purchases of gift cards. 
   • Gift cards cannot be purchased using your Account Balance. 
4. Adjustments
   • Existing Account Balances cannot be reverted as a credit card refund, are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, and may not be transferred, assigned, or applied to any other account or converted to cash.  

Please note: Lulus must abide by state-specific laws for credit that has not been used for an excessive period of time, and may be required to remit those credits to your state of residence.
