Lulus Online Credit Policy
- No Expiration:
- Online credit does not expire. You can use it at any time as long as it meets the applicable conditions.
- Please note: Lulus must abide by state-specific escheatment laws for credit that has not been used for an excessive period of time.
- International Shipping:
- Currently, we do not support Gift Card purchases or the use of online credit for orders or accounts located outside of the United States.
- If you have online credit or a gift card to use on an order that needs to ship internationally, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
- Promotional Codes or Discounts:
- Promotional codes and other discounts are not valid and cannot be applied to gift card purchases.
- Refund Adjustments
- Existing online credit cannot be reverted as a credit card refund
