What is a Courtesy Credit?  

• A Courtesy Credit is a limited-time credit that may be issued by Lulus in our sole discretion. Courtesy Credits can be applied toward eligible future purchases on Lulus.com and are subject to the expiration date provided when issued.  Courtesy Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, and may not be transferred, assigned, or applied to any other account. Courtesy Credits may be subject to additional terms, conditions, restrictions, or limitations disclosed at the time of issuance, including limitations on eligible products, minimum purchase requirements, or restrictions on combining Courtesy Credits with other offers. 

Do Courtesy Credits expire?  

• Yes. Courtesy Credits must be used by the expiration date provided when the credit is issued. Any unused balance remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and can no longer be redeemed. 

Can I Return Products Purchased Using Courtesy Credits? 

• Products purchased using Courtesy Credits may only be returned for refunds to Courtesy Credit, which will be subject to applicable expiration dates.
