I didn’t receive a birthday reward, why?
You must fulfill a waiting period of 30 days before we can send you your birthday gift. If you added your birthday less than 30 days before your birthday, you'll receive your reward 30 days after the date your birthday was added to your profile. If you added your birthday after your birthday passed, you will not receive a reward until your next birthday.
