Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility

• We offer no-cost exchanges for eligible items within 21 days of the original delivery date.

Exchanges are available for the same style in a different size or color, subject to availability, as long as the replacement item is equal to or lower in price.

• Exchanges are available for orders shipped within the United States only.

• Exchanges for items at a higher price or for different products are not supported.

• Only one exchange per item is allowed.

• Orders paid using Afterpay, Klarna, or fully with Online Store Credit are not eligible for exchanges.

Exchange Initiation

• To begin an exchange, simply initiate your request for eligible items here.

• Once your request is submitted, we will ship your replacement item at no cost using standard shipping.

• Replacement items are shipped before we receive your original item back.

Exchange Rebill Timing

• You have 10 days from the date your exchange is initiated to return your original item. If your return is not sent back within this 10-day window, the cost of the replacement item will be charged to your original form of payment.

Returning the Replacement Item

• Exchanged items (replacement size or color) have a separate return window of 10 days from delivery, as shown in your tracking information.

• Replacement items not returned within this timeframe are no longer eligible for return.

Refund Requests

• If you would prefer a refund instead of keeping either item, both items must still meet their applicable return window requirements.

• Original items must still be returned within the original 21-day return window, and exchanged items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

• In some cases, these items may need to be returned separately to ensure the applicable return windows are met. Initiating an exchange does not extend the return window for the original item(s).

• If the selected exchange item is lower in price, any eligible price difference will be refunded after the applicable return requirements are met and the returned item(s) are received and processed, in accordance with our standard return processing timeline.

Final Sale Products

• Your order confirmation email will indicate whether the item is eligible for an exchange.

• Final Sale items with a final paid price of $20 or less are not eligible for return or exchange.

• If the requested size or color for an eligible Final Sale exchange is unavailable, the item cannot be returned or refunded. For additional information, see our Final Sale Policy.

Return Conditions

• All exchanged items must meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
