Exchange Policy
• We offer no-cost exchanges for eligible items within 21 days of the original order’s delivery date, in alignment with our standard return policy window.
• Exchanges are available for the same style in a different size or color, subject to availability, as long as the replacement item is equal to or lower in price.
• Exchanges for items at a higher price or for different products are not supported.
• Only one exchange per item is allowed.
Exchange Initiation
• To begin an exchange, simply initiate your request for eligible items here.
• Once your request is submitted, we will ship your replacement item at no cost using standard shipping.
Return Requirements
• Once your replacement item is delivered, you have 10 days to return at least one of the items (either the original item or the replacement item).
• Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the replacement item’s delivery date, as shown in your tracking information. Items not postmarked within this timeframe will not be accepted for return.
• If neither item is returned within this timeframe, the replacement item will be charged to the original payment method.
• If you decide you would prefer a refund instead of keeping the exchanged item, both the original item and the replacement item must be postmarked within the same 10-day window.
• If the selected exchange item is lower in price, any price difference will be refunded after the applicable return requirements are met and the returned item(s) are received and processed, in accordance with our standard return processing timeline.
Final Sale Products
• Final Sale items may be eligible for a one-time size or color exchange of the same item if the final paid price is over $20 after discounts and promotions are applied, subject to availability. Your order confirmation email will indicate whether the item is eligible for an exchange.
• Final Sale items with a final paid price of $20 or less are not eligible for return or exchange.
• If the requested size or color for an eligible Final Sale exchange is unavailable, the item cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Conditions
• All exchanged items must meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Additional Terms
• Exchanges: Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size or color and are subject to availability. Only one exchange per item is allowed.
• Shipping: Exchanges will be shipped with standard shipping.
• Eligibility: Exchanges are available for orders shipped within the United States only.
• Payment Restrictions: Orders paid using Afterpay, Klarna, or fully with Online Store Credit are not eligible for exchanges.
