Exchange Policy

• We provide no-cost exchanges for the same style in a different size, on eligible items, and subject to availability. Exchange requests must be initiated within 21 days of the original order’s delivery date, which aligns with our standard return policy window.

Exchange Initiation

• To begin an exchange, simply initiate the exchange request for eligible products here. Once your request is submitted, we’ll ship the new size to you at no cost.

Return Requirements

• Return the original item within 10 days of receiving the replacement item. After 10 days, it will no longer be eligible for return.

• If neither the original item nor the replacement is returned within 10 days of receiving the new size, you will be charged for the replacement item.

• To be eligible for a refund, both the original item and the replacement item must be returned within 10 days of receiving the new size.

Final Sale Products

• Final sale items over $20: Eligible for size exchanges (based on availability). If a size exchange is not available, these items cannot be returned.

• Final sale items under $20: Not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Conditions

• All exchanged items must meet the conditions of our return policy in order to be accepted.

Additional Terms

• Size Exchanges: Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size and are subject to availability. Only one exchange per item is allowed.

• Shipping: Exchanges will be shipped with standard shipping. 

• Eligibility: Exchanges are available for US shipping addresses only.

• Payment Restrictions: Orders paid using Afterpay, Klarna, or fully with Online Store Credit are not eligible for exchanges.
