Canadian Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders with Economy and Standard shipping options are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Orders placed with Express Shipping before 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

What do you charge for shipping?

Economy Shipping: $12 (estimated arrival date 9-15 business days)
Standard Shipping: $18 (estimated arrival date 7-12 business days)
Express Shipping: $35 (estimated arrival date 3-5 business days)
Large orders may be assessed additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations.
If your order requires additional charges, you will be contacted to approve them before we ship your order.

Do you offer Expedited Shipping?

Expedited shipping to Canada is available via phone, and an exact quote for shipping will be provided toll-free at 1-866-918-5858. Please have the names of your items and shipping address ready when calling. Please Note: Large orders may be assessed additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations. If your order requires additional charges, you will be contacted to approve them before we ship your order.

How can I track my order?

Canadian orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered by Canada Post or its affiliates. When your order ships from our warehouse, we send a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable). To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at usps.com. Once your package enters Canada, you can track it at www.canadapost.ca for more in-depth information.

Will there be taxes and duties due when I receive my package?

Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the taxes and duties imposed on your order by the Canadian government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. If you used a coupon on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any of the item(s).

What happens if I refuse a package or it is undeliverable?

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package on the original and return shipments. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Am I charged extra for shipping backordered items?

You will be charged shipping and handling only once. There are no additional shipping charges for backordered items that ship separately from the original order. Backordered items are sent via Economy shipping.
