    So I wanted to write a review because I eyed this skirt for weeks until I purchased hoping someone would leave a review to get an idea of the fit and sizing. So now I'm going to be the reviewer for the other girl wondering the same thing :) The waistband has a zipper but it's also elastic and the skirt is stretchy.
