Such a let down
I loved the look of these hoops, but one of them snapped as I was trying it on for the first time. I of course was already wary from the reviews but figured I could be extra careful.. so the fact that one broke with that level of caution is laughable. I also reached out to customer service who promised a replacement would be sent right away and it never arrived.
