Top too snug
The dress is beautiful, well made, and a great color for fall, although I sized up to a large after getting the medium (bust too tight), hoping to have the top altered. The chest area was too small for my 36 C cup, and arm circumference on one side was too large, all making the pleating not fall right at the neckline.
