    Damaged skirt

    I love this skirt but cannot wear it because it was damaged out of the box. The seam is ripped open near the top of the skirt. It is unfortunate that I cannot exchange this item for an undamaged one. Lulus is only allowing an exchange for a different size. I hope customer service can help me with this since I am a loyal customer.

    Cheap fabric and waistline was super tight

    I was shocked at how cheap the fabric felt with this skirt when I opened the package. I also noticed that the stitching where the slit starts was already undone some and a rip was ready to form. This skirt would likely not last more than one use. Additionally, I've bought several items through Lulus, and I was shocked at how oddly snug the waistline was compared to other items I've purchased. I could barely zip the side zipper when I tried it on.... Read More
