    Did not get the color I wanted. Had to settle for the green

    I originally ordered an XS in hot pink. It was way too big. I reached out to Lulus and was told that there was no current restock date. That it may be another couple of months. So I ordered the chartreuse in XXS. The dress is okay. I am not used to this style of dress being around the neck; it is a little tight, but I do have big shoulders. I do like the open back design.     I originally ordered an XS in hot pink. It was way too big. I reached out to Lulus and was told that there was no current restock date. That it may be another couple of months. So I ordered the chartreuse in XXS. The dress is okay. I am not used to this style of dress being around the neck; it is a little tight, but I do have big shoulders. I do like the open back design. Fabric is just OK. I don't love the color. I wanted hot pink, but they don't have that in my size. I am writing this review to say that I am frustrated with Lulu's lack of restocking their sizes in a timely manner and then charging the customer for return shipping. This is not the first time this has happened, and now I remember why I hardly order from Lulu's anymore. I am keeping the dress only because I should not need to make any alterations and because Lulu's cannot guarantee that the hot pink will be in by the time I need it (four months from now). I also do not want to be charged return shipping again, so I am forced to settle. - Shannon K.

    Pretty dress but tight neck
