    Real cute top but runs small

    I bought this top based on the reviews that said this skirt ran big so I ordered a small, getting it past my hips wasn't too bad. Once I started to zip it up I noticed it was too tight on me in the hips and it created unflattering muffin tops so have to return. I'm going to purchase a medium and hoping this one works out.
