      awful

      this eyel liner is terrible. It's not cheap either. I wore it twice (not sure why I gave it another shot) and both times I ended up looking like a clown within minutes. The makeup was all over my lid, smudged and smeered. It was embarressing times 2 when I finally looked at myself in the mirror. Thank goodness I have some good friends who were honest and said "you better go look at your makeup in the mirror". Then...try and get the stuff off... Read More
