    I need an exchange - Need the next size up.

    I usually wear size 2 (which is small), but this dress is way too small on me. Can you be kind enough to send me the medium size or give me a refund, please? This is my first order with Lulus, and I am somewhat disappointed at myself for not being good at selecting the right size. I shop predominantly online (Ann Taylor, Loft, WHBM, Nordstrom ... etc ) and have not had any issues with shopping online with my other favorite stores.

    Dry clean only

    Fits perfectly until you wash it. I dry-cleaned it so I got to wear it more than once. My only issue was that the tie front is definitely designed for someone without boobs. Looks great, but you have to wear it confidently.

    Bold Fun Pattern

    I like it but..

    I love the dress. It's very flattering, and I got a lot of compliments on it. At one point, the zipper came open in the back, and I had to rezip it, but I am on the busty size. I hope it doesn't shrink in the wash like some of reviews say.
