    Hard to zip, couldn't wear

    While the dress fit, I could not wear it because it was too thick in the back where the fabrics changed, and the zipper couldn't get past it. I had several people try, and it would never give. I thought it may have just been the dress I got. Customer service was super kind and sent me another one, but unfortunately, it had the same issue.

    Disappointed..

    Similar to others, despite having plenty of room in the bust and the top having stretchy fabric, I could not get the zipper up no matter what I tried. Unable to return, and a size exchange is likely not going to fix the problem.

    Zipper Doesn't Work

    I really like this dress overall. It's cute and true to size and was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the zipper on the dress works okay when the dress is off, but absolutely REFUSES to go past the seam when on, even though the dress fits me.     DO NOT BUY

    This dress was bought for my engagement shoot in Nice France but the zipper broke so I wasn't able to wear it without even wearing it. The quality was so disappointing. I usually love Lulus dresses but I was deeply upset by this.

    Broken zipper and tight in bust

    This dress arrived with a broken zipper that would not zip up all the way. It would get stuck when the fabric changed (the back is half satin, half stretchy fabric) and could not be zipped up, especially when I was in the dress. Also, I have a disproportionately large chest, so I expected some tightness in the bust. However, it was too tight in the bust to wear, despite ordering my usual Lulus size.
