    Fabric keeps popping up in the top

    This will not for the life of you stay on your shoulder. The fabric will keep popping up. If you lean over, it will just fall and then be like a cowl neck, but that doesn't look good either because you can see the seam underneath, which is noticeable. You could probably sew the fabric to the arms or body to keep it in safe, but that seemed like more effort than it was worth. Returned, but I did keep the skirt because that's pretty.
