Wanted to love it.
It had a horrible chemical smell, so strong I didn't think it would ever come off. Also one string was loose at the top and the bag part wasn't deep enough for me, barely fit my iPhone X, too easy for people to steal stuff out of since it has no way of closing and is so shallow.Response from Lulus.com:
