    Beautiful Empire Waist!

    The empire waist is extremely flattering on someone with a small waist and big hips. The only thing is that you have to make sure the sleeves stay up, because if they start to fall, the top looks like a pile of cloth. I will need to get it hemmed, but it is well worth it for this dress. It is also of fantastic quality as well!

    Doesn't fit small chested women well

    Definitely recommend!

    Had to find something last minute and this dress didn't let me down. The green is gorgeous and matches what it looks like online. I purchased a small based on other reviews and it fit pretty snug considering the material has no give, but I think that made it more flattering.
