    I took a risk, didn't rly pay off

    I got this during their final sale and took a risk to get it. I thought it was unique enough for me to try. The ruffles are cheaply made and doesn't look very good. The bottom of the skirt is asymmetrical. That part actually looks alright. The dress ran slightly bigger (I got a small, feels like something in between a small and a medium). Overall, if it were NOT a final sale item, I would have returned it.
