    Sizing and Exchanges

    The dress is truly beautiful. It was too tight on my chest so I needed to exchange it. I read over the return policy before purchasing and read reviews about it as well. When I contacted customer service I was told exchanges cannot be accepted for purchases made with Klarna. Because I ordered during a sale and the sale was over by the time I got the dress, it was almost double the cost. Lulus refused to honor the sale price though I returned... Read More

    Beautiful dress, slight imperfections

    This dress is gorgeous! Very flattering, pretty true to size but has no stretch, so it is tight. At 5'3 and wearing 4-inch heels, I did need to get it hemmed still and get the straps taken in a bit. My biggest issue is the zipper gets bunchy and sticks out and that couldn't be fixed.

    Defective piece received

    Lately I am seeing quality of service is going down.. they missed to do thorough inspection of the dress before sending. I received defective piece with multiple flaws, attaching pics and dress was not pressed also when it arrived.
