    Shrunk to the Size of a Crop Top After One Wash

    I really like this airy shirt, but I washed it and it shrunk in half lengthwise. I washed and rinsed it in cold water, but it still shrunk to the size of a crop top. I planned on wearing this at work, but I work in a hot climate and fear if I sweat while outside or get stuck in the rain it will shrink to my belly button at work. Now I'm not sure what to do with this. I can iron it (which I tried, but it needs a LOT of ironing to get it back to... Read More
    I really like this airy shirt, but I washed it and it shrunk in half lengthwise. I washed and rinsed it in cold water, but it still shrunk to the size of a crop top. I planned on wearing this at work, but I work in a hot climate and fear if I sweat while outside or get stuck in the rain it will shrink to my belly button at work.     Size up! It will shrink!

    Had I known this was going to shrink up to a baby tee, I would've bought it 1-2 sizes bigger! I washed on delicate, cold water, did not dry & it still shrunk so bad. It fit perfect when I bought & now it'll be way too short. If you want the baggy look, don't order your true to size!

    DO NOT DRY!

    Really beautiful shirt. I usually order medium in shirts but since it looked a bit loose, I got a small, and it was the perfect size! Until it accidentally got in the dryer :( I was horrified to see how much it shrunk and shriveled up. I need to do some research to see if there's any way to salvage it... Be very careful to cold wash and air dry it you get it!
