Exactly what I was looking for. High quality!
This dress was perfect for a gala I recently attended. I did need to get it hemmed since no matter how high of a heel I wore, it was still going to be a good 5" too long. The velvet was of great quality, even the seamstress complimented it. It was also a little loose in the chest/shoulders, but a little garment tape held it in place perfectly. I also thought the color seemed a little darker in person compared to the online photo. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
Great fit
Such a nice dress! Very soft and subtle, super flattering even for someone short. I am currently getting it hemmed and the top raised a bit to secure the V-neck part. Otherwise, it fits perfectly and super comfortable! Sizing chart was helpful, the color matches exactly as pictured. worth it
I got so many compliments on this dress and felt strong and beautiful wearing it. I did have to have it hemmed last minute because I am a tiny person and it was long on me, but other than that it fit perfectly. I paired it with a gold sparkly bodysuit for modesty. Pretty and fits well, but SO long
The fit itself is good, but the dress is SO long. I'm currently getting it tailored because it was a couple of inches too long. Other than the length issue, I'm happy with the dress and excited to wear it! - Product Rating: 2 of 5 stars
Goldilocks Dress
This dress is "just right" for someone who is extremely tall and large chested with a tiny waist. Unfortunately, that someone is not me. I cannot size down because this fits my waist just right, but I would need the shoulders taken in/up two inches for the bodice to be snug on my chest and not gaping, and the dress will need hemming by at least three inches. lovely but not quite right for my event
This was a beautiful dress. The color was amazing, and the fabric had a nice weight to it. It felt very Christmas for my fall event, and since it's a work event, the cleavage it gave (it crosses over in the front - a clasp here to allow it to stay more closed would be awesome!) was a bit more than I wanted. The rest of the dress was very conservative-looking, so it really didn't work for me.
