Neckline fits weird

Love
This shirt neck line makes my small chest feel sexy. Snug fit as you can see the fabric likes to roll up rather than stay smooth. Bottom barely touches the top of a mid rise pant. Will wear with a high rise skirt or pant. Would size maybe one size higher but they were sold out so hopefully this does not shrink in the wash or anything. Wish they had it in black too.

Runs very small
There were no returns or exchanges on this top. The top itself is very pretty and the color is great but it's too small and does not fit me.
