    Beautiful dress, zipper issues

    I am absolutely in love with this dress and I did receive many compliments on it. I did order an XL and I'm usually a Large because I saw the reviews about the zipper. Now - because of the pleated bunching it was very difficult to zip and unzip. I had my daughter and another young lady spend At least 5 minutes trying to get the zipper up, which we eventually did. And because I ordered a size larger I did have to safety pin it. I was worried it would be hot in 80 degree hot and humid Arkansas weather but I actually stayed pretty nicely cooled and didn't overheat. I would recommend this dress if you have help for the zipping. It really is stunning. - Katie B.

    Bad zipper

    Like other reviewers found, the zipper is impossible. It can't be zippered at all. So many people have cited this in their reviews; I should have listened. More so, I feel that this company should stop selling the dress. It's defective. I don't have time to get my daughter another dress before the event she is to wear it to.     Zipper was horrible

    Horrible zipper quality!!! I ordered a Medium & Large and could not get either dress on because of the zipper! I usually wear a medium, tried on the large, zipper was still crappy. I had a charity event and thank goodness I had a backup dress!

    Beautiful but very sad the zipper doesn't work

    I was very disappointed with this dress. I ordered two different ones hoping the first one was a fluke. But the zippers had the same issue- the fabric was too thick for such a small zipper. I understand they want the zipper to be hidden, but it just doesn't zip. I absolutely loved the fit and the fabric of this dress but just couldn't get it to zip.

    Really, really bad zipper

    Update! Lulus refunded the dress in full! Customer service is top notch. I would continue to shop Lulus with the complete trust that they will take care of their customers for complete satisfaction. I ordered this dress to wear to my brother's wedding.     Beautiful Dress, Beware of Zipper

    I purchased this dress to wear to a more upscale wedding. While the dress is beautiful and found to run TTS, the zipper was a nightmare. Beware with this zipper -- it is incredibly hard to zip and took me a lot of maneuvering to get it up all the way (buying a bigger size would not have helped; the zipper is cheaply made). For the price point, I'd opt for another option with a less stressful zipper situation.

    My Favorite Dress!!!

    I felt like a princess in this dress!!! I ordered an XS against their size chart's advice and it was too small. It was very easy to swap it for the right size and they even express shipped the new one so I would have it in time! They are a great company to work with and you won't regret buying this dress!!!

    Beautiful dress, but the medium didnt fit me

    I couldn't zip the dress up on the side. I generally wear mediums and sometimes small. Size 8-10 so I was disappointed I can't wear it for my black tie wedding coming up.
