    Frustrated with returns policy

    I initially ordered a medium based on the sizing chart and some of the reviews about a bigger bust, and the medium ended up being huge. So I requested an exchange for a small, which came in an appropriate amount of time. However, the small was also too big. The straps are loose and just didn't fit in.     I will buy it again!

    Let me just say how gorgeous this dress is. I was WOW'd when I took it out of the bag and tried it on. This gown is absolutely gorgeous. Immediately fell in love with it! It made me feel sexy and beautiful. It looks more expensive than what it costs. I am only 5'0, tried it on with 4inch heels, and the dress fit like a glove. I got it in size M. Now, I sadly and unfortunately had to return the dress because the breast area was too revealing... Read More

I was running out of time & I wouldn't have had time to take it to my seamstress lady to add lace for more coverage. Although my husband begged me to keep it, I ended up returning it for a different dress exchange from Lulus. I love this boutique & I will most definitely purchase this dress again in no time. Their customer service is incredible. I returned the dress the following day after receiving it, and I received the new dress in time for the wedding. Lulus never disappoints! - Norma R.

    Great Wedding Guest Dress

    I do not normally leave reviews, but I absolutely had to for this dress. I wore it to a black tie optional wedding as a guest, and I got so many compliments on it! The dress is so pretty and well-made. I love the flower details. I had to get the straps taken in a little bit, but I'm not very busty. Warning - it is pretty low cut if you are bigger in the chest. Did not have to get it hemmed at all.

    Beautiful

    Great dress, snug fit. I was worried about the length but it's great with heels. Only one thing, it's a little low cut. Love it.

    Wasn't the one.

    I feel like it was slightly too long even with heels, and I am 5'4. The straps were slightly big, but I'm flat-chested. So wouldn't be an issue for most. I am mostly returning because I do not like the flowers that are singled out on my private part area. It's just a really poor location for them to put the flower. Ordered a size Medium.

    Sizing quiz and chart are not accurate

    Very disappointed in the sizing chart and size quiz. Both suggested purchasing a medium. I ordered extra merchandise to qualify for 3 day shipping, and when the dress arrived, it was way too big. The smaller size did not arrive before my event. I really relied on that sizing chart and quiz.

    Beautiful dress and flattering!

    I generally wear a medium in most clothes (size 6/8 or 28 jeans). Most of Lulus' dresses I had to size up to a large b/c I couldn't zip them up the chest (I'm a 34DD). This dress fit as a medium perfectly in every way! So flattering for my body type,
