Bought these for a trip.
These shoes were so uncomfortable at the strap; it had rough pieces that cut my foot. The strap is also so long, as others mentioned. Disappointed in these shoes.

Cute shoes but felt a little cheap

Wow all day in the Big Apple
I have to admit, I was worried about wearing a new pair of shoes all day in the city, but these were great. True to size, good fit, comfy style, and so friggin cute

design doesn't make sense
They're cute in theory but the strap is so long and doesn't have any holes beyond like 3 to make it fit. Even if there were holes, the strap is so long, it just drags around from the buckle. It's like they didn't measure a normal person's ankles. Beyond that, there isn't any sole support. Would return if it wasn't final sale.Response from Lulus.com: Hey, Rebecca!
