Cute but broke
I thought these shoes were so cute, but I could not figure out the straps. They were way too long and I didn't have a hole to latch the buckle. Also sad because I wore them once and the heel broke right off after 3 hrs of use. I've had many shoes from Lulus but none have ever broken like that.Response from Lulus.com:
